Dives for all skill levels
With dive sites for all abilities in the nearby region, our PADI 5 Star Dive Centre is the perfect choice for new and experienced divers alike.
Fulidhoo Dive is a small community-based business offering exceptional dive and ocean experiences to adventure-seeking travellers from around the world.
We are the only registered PADI Five Star Dive Centre on the island, and offer everything from PADI Discover Scuba Diving to the PADI Dive Master course.
With dozens of beautiful dive sites surrounding the island, we’re always spoiled for choice.
Our guests have a range of boat diving options, with a two-tank dive trip leaving the island every morning and a one-tank chilled-out dive available in the afternoon, as well as night dives multiple times a week.
Situated at the heart of channel diving territory, the atoll is well known for being home to many large pelagic creatures; dozens of grey reef sharks, nurse sharks, manta rays, eagle rays and vast schools of big eye trevallies and barracuda.
Incredible diving all year round!
From Discover Scuba to Dive Master
Our Dives
Our two morning dives tend to be more challenging with more sightings of larger marine life, whereas our afternoon dives are perfect for bobbing along the reef at a chilled out pace enjoying the smaller critters.
For those who want to dive the atoll’s famous channels, we recommend a certification of PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or above. And if you don’t have it – we highly recommend completing it with us while you are here, as well as your Nitrox certification if you don’t already have it – you’ll be able to spend longer with the sharks!
To really make this most of this atoll, we recommend that you are comfortable in medium-strong current.
For newly certified divers and those look to get their certification, we also have a wonderful range of sites. Comfortable Open Water divers can even join our most famous dive – the world famous Alimatha night dive, where divers can encounter dozens of schooling nurse sharks – supposedly one of the world’s largest known congregations!
In addition, being situated on the Northern border of Vaavu Atoll is a great advantage for us as we can dive both the east and the west of the atoll – meaning we can get great conditions all year round!
