10 nights stay & dive
$1199 per person
For those of you looking to really unwind and explore Vaavu, this is the package for you.
If you opt for this one, you might just be happy with the two morning dives each day, adding on maybe one or two night dives or even taking a couple of days off diving altogether.
You’ll notice too that with all our packages, the more you dive, the cheaper the price per dive gets… so if you have the time, why not stay for longer?
If you opt for this package, we highly recommend that you are PADI Advanced certified or higher. If you are not, or if you haven’t dived in a while, we can start with an easy dive and then we would ask you to at least do your PADI Adventure Deep Dive, which would certify you to dive to 30m.
In addition, being Enriched Air certified has a lot of benefits here, especially when diving the atoll’s famous channels – you’ll have more bottom time with the sharks, which is always what we want!
All our packages are completely customizable and we can add on extra days, dives and excursions depending on what you and any travel buddy might be looking for. The best thing to do is to contact us with your rough travel dates once you have a package in mind. Accommodation rates will vary depending on what time of year you come. Prices mentioned here are the starting prices, in low season, based on 2 people sharing the room.

Destination
Day 1: Arrival, check-in and orientation
Your exact itinerary might differ, depending most importantly on your flight times. We follow the Maldives Recreational Diving Regulations, which stipulate no diving for 12 hours after flying and no diving for 24 hours before flying.
If you are arriving by speedboat, you will arrive around midday. We will greet you from the jetty and escort you to your guesthouse where we will have a quick chat and brief you about the island and answer any questions you may have. You’ll check in to your room and then the guesthouse manager will give you a short island orientation. As most guests choose the half board option, which starts with dinner on the first day, we can explain the options for grabbing lunch. Most choose to eat in the local café on the first day. Depending on whether you flew in this morning or not, you might opt to join the afternoon dive, especially if you need a refresher, as our afternoon dives are generally shallower and easier.
Day 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10:
Over the next nine days, you’ll complete 15 or 16 dives, depending on whether you dived on your first afternoon. Dive sites will be chosen according to conditions, time of year and your experience level. We do sometimes repeat dive sites throughout the week (maybe one or two sites), but only our most famous ones – we’re sure you won’t mind repeating them! Depending on how you space out your dives, you could take a day or two off diving.
Day 11:
Today you’ll be departing from the island. Depending on whether you have a flight or whether you’ll be staying in Male’ for an early morning departure the next day, we’ll arrange the right transfer for you. If you’re not flying within the next 24-hour period, and you choose to leave by the afternoon speedboat at 1410, you have to option to squeeze in a couple of additional dives in the morning.
Depending on the schedule of the dive centre that week, it might be that we organize your dives slightly differently, especially the Alimatha night dive, as we only offer this about twice a week.

For our package accommodation, we work with several guesthouses in Fulidhoo that we are extremely happy to recommend. The best thing to do is to get in touch with your tentative dates and we’ll check availability on the island. Depending on your budget and what you’re looking for, we’ll put together a package with the guesthouse that we think is right for you. Whether you’re looking for a sea view room, somewhere with great veggie food, a quieter location or even a family room – we can find the right place for you.
